What is the lead time for LUGNA CSO Product
How long a product takes to be manufactured and arrive at the store concerned is greatly impacted by the store’s location and how long it takes for courier companies to deliver items to that location.
We will manufacture and subsequently dispatch your product within 21 days, but it can take anywhere between 1 – 3 weeks to make its way to your store, depending on where your store is located.
For a better indication of a lead time for your specific item and location, please check with the Special Orders Desk (or Trade Desk, for all trade jobs) at your preferred Bunnings store.
What colours are available in the LUGNA range
- White (available in store)
- Mist
- Storm
- Cove
- Sand
Do the doors come with hinges
No, hinges are sold separately in a pack of 2.
Do the drawers come with runners
Yes, the drawers come with soft close runners.
Does the hanging rail come with the end brackets (flanges)
Yes, all hanging rail in the Lugna range comes with a left and right bracket to secure the hanging rail.
Does the adjustable shelf come with fixings
There are 8 shelf support pins supplied with each pack of 2 adjustable shelves.
What is the difference in hinges
- 165 degree hinges is suitable for applications with internal drawers behind a door.
- 110 degree hinge is suitable for applications with no internal drawers.
Can I use other hinges instore
We do not recommend this as hinges come with different drill patterns and it may not fit within the cabinet.
What colour handles come standard with the External Drawers
- White cabinets are supplied with Black Handles
- Sand cabinets are supplied with Gold Handles
- Mist cabinets are supplied with Silver Handles
- Storm cabinets are supplied with Black Handles
- Cove cabinets are supplied with Black Handles
What drawers come with handles
The external drawers are the only drawers that come with handles.
Can I purchase an alternative handle
Yes, these are available in 4 modern finishes.
The shelves supplied are smaller than the width of 450, 600, 750, 900mm wide.
The shelves are to suit a shell width, the shelves are cut 32mm shorter to fit within the cabinetry.
Does the hanging rail come with the end brackets (flanges)
Yes, all hanging rail in the Lugna range comes with a left and right bracket to secure the hanging rail.
The drawers supplied are only 350mm & 500mm deep.
The drawers are reduced in depth from the size of the cabinetry, to allow for the drawer runner.
FAQ’s for LUGNA Doors
What does the door package come with
The package comes with the doors (including the guides and wheels attached) plus the top and bottom tracks.
Do the doors come with side channels
Prostar Joinery doesn’t supply side channels as the current trend is to use timber battens rather than side panels, secondly the doors come with Bumper Rubber which stop it slamming into the wall/jambs.
Can we just order doors
As the track is only compatible with the Prostar Joinery doors we do not recommend purchasing track on its own
Track Size
- Double Track is 82mm Wide.
- Triple Track is 125mm Wide.
Can I secure the track directly to my flooring
Yes, however if you have a thick carpet (such as shaggy) we recommend that the customer adds additional screws.
The track does not come with screws as we don’t know what surface it is being attached too (cement, tiles, carpet, timber)
What is the tolerance in height adjustment for the doors
The door height adjustment is only 7mm.
